Shipping policy

Mari Creates Co is not responsible for shipping delays at the fault of USPS. If your item arrives damaged please contact me within 48hrs to file a claim as well as a picture of the damage and all packaging for claim purposes. If your item(s) have not arrived or moved with tracking please contact USPS before contacting our shop as they will be be more helpful with tracking your order. Once it leaves our shop we are no longer in control unless lost or damaged.

If you enter the incorrect address and your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and you will need to repurchase your order. If it is returned to me, you can repay shipping or get a refund minus shipping.

What is your processing time?

Our processing time varies based on our schedule and current orders placed. It can take anywhere from 3 business days to 2 weeks to ship your item.

I am a one-woman show who is a mom and wife first. I do try my hardest to get orders shipped before their scheduled ship date, however life happens sometimes and we may take the entire processing time. We appreciate your patience and understanding when this happens.

If you need your order by a certain date, don't hesitate to reach out. A rush fee will apply if your order isn't at near the top of the list and not already in production.

My order was marked delivered, but I never received it.

Unfortunately, once your order has been accepted by USPS, we are no longer responsible unless it is damaged or lost (not marked delivered) in the mail. Once your order has been marked delivered, we do not provide refunds or replacements as USPS is responsible for delivering your order. You will need to get in contact with USPS regarding getting GPS locations of where your package was delivered.

Oh NO! I entered the wrong address.

If you enter the wrong shipping address and your order has NOT shipped, send us a message and we can make note of the change.
If your order HAS shipped already, unfortunately it is out of our hands and you will need to repurchase the order. Unfortunately, unless we receive the sign back, we cannot refund. If we do receive it back, you will not be refunded the original shipping fee.
