PHOTO SELECTION AND SUBMISSION
Your photo can be submitted to us via email after ordering. (Please send to maricreatesco@gmail.com. Keep an eye on your email if you requested a proof. The faster it's approved, the quicker we can create your ornament.

For best results, photos should:
* Be un-cropped whenever possible (we will crop them to achieve the best fit)
* Be bright/well-lit and of high quality
* Be a High Resolution photo - screenshots or heavily edited photos may be blurry or pixelated.
* Have plenty of background around the subjects (including above the head) to allow for cropping onto the ornament

MOCK-UPS
Due to the time requirements of preparing and sending mock-ups, they are not provided for every order. If selected, we will send a proof within 48 hrs. Please send approval or any changes asap.
Please note: mock-up requests must be included with your order.

PROCESSING TIME
Our shop processing time varies by item, but except at least a 1-2 week turn around time from January-September and approximately 2-3 weeks for October-December.
