Please be aware that the jump rings of the chains can loosen over time and should be realigned if so. Once the keychain has been out of our possession, we are not responsible if lost due to this once delivered. If the clasp is defective upon arrival, please message us within 14 days so we can either send a new one or give a partial refund and resolution to keep the keychain from falling off the clasp. If it is past our 14 day notice policy, unfortunately no new item or refund can be sent. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
